Introduction to the job
This role is situated in ABS IT Operations – ART TelcoPrintAV, which is part of ASML Business Services (ABS). Our people are proud to be best in class in enabling ASML's employees in their challenge to deliver high class machines and services to our customers around the world.
You will be End2End accountable for the deliverables of the Agile team as well of provided services. Specific services in scope, either one or more of: Telecom, Printing and Audio Video solutions. You'll focus on E2E service quality and continuous improvements to further optimize and increase the user experience.
Role and responsibilities
As Product Owner ABS IT Operations, you'll ensure the Team Backlog is visible, transparent and clear to all. You understand the scope of enabler work and collaborate with the System Architect. You'll inform all stakeholders and align on status and team up with the CPO and other PO’s (in the ART and in other ARTs) to align on priorities of the ART and the Team Backlog. You'll accept stories as “done” in the Team Backlog and own and drive the longer-term roadmap for the services in scope, in alignment with the system Architect. Last but not least you'll be in control of finance of the services in scope and continuously making sure to deliver value for money
As Product Owner IT Operations, you’ll:
Support in creating long term vision and plan, translate stakeholder and team needs into iteration goals
Regularly communicate with stakeholders on their needs and concerns. Align with stakeholders on content and prioritization
Maintain a trusted partnership with the team and peers in the train
Start building a trusted partnership with key stakeholders in the train
Prepare the team backlog for the upcoming Program Increment
Follow guardrails in ensuring the backlog is properly prioritized
Apply minimum viable product (MVP) thinking to optimize value delivered over time and manage dependencies with other PO's
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on HighTech products and with complex processes. As Product Owner ABS, IT Operations you’ll need:
MSc degree or equivalent working & thinking level, with thorough experience in engineering or IT and solid experience as Product Owner
At least understand business context, ownership, minimal Viable Product thinking, long term planning
At least sufficient product/domain knowledge likely through experience as Subject Matter Expert, Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer
Good stakeholder management skills
