Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Work Experiences
5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management within Oracle Financials or similar platforms, preferably including Oracle Fusion, EPM, ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, and OIC.
Experience defining and managing product roadmaps for financial solutions.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including vendors, developers, business stakeholders, support teams, integration teams, and solution or system architects.
Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and backlog management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Experience translating business requirements into BRDs and technical specifications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering high-impact solutions.
Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for financial systems initiatives.
