Position Overview

- Assess upstream and downstream impacts of technology changes.
- Facilitate cross-functional technical discussions across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and Operations.
- Identify ownership gaps across teams or systems and drive resolution.
Operational Readiness
- Ensure capabilities are designed with production support and operational readiness in mind.
- Support runbooks for migration, batch, and production processes.
- Ensure exception handling, reconciliation, monitoring, recovery, and support requirements are incorporated into the backlog.
- Partner with Engineering, SRE/Production Support, Testing, and Operations on production readiness.
