You will
  • Lead the product development lifecycle for CRM and sales enablement initiatives, leveraging Agile Methodology to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis, actively listening to stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs.

  • Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM and sales enablement features.

  • Drive Digital Transformation efforts within the sales organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization, potentially leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams on new CRM functionalities and sales enablement tools.

  • Implement and manage Change Management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new products and processes.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Demonstrate Empathy towards end-users to design intuitive and effective solutions that enhance their daily workflow.

  • Coach and mentor junior product team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

  • Conduct Business Process Improvements reviews to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions within CRM and sales enablement workflows.

  • Proactively identify and manage risks associated with product development and implementation (Risk Management).

  • Effectively influence and manage expectations of diverse Stakeholder Influence groups, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

You have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, specifically within CRM and/or sales enablement domains.

  • Proven expertise in Agile Methodology and managing product backlogs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions (Analytical Acumen, Data Analysis).

  • Experience with Requirements Management and defining clear, concise user stories.

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate engaging training sessions.

  • Understanding of Change Management principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.

  • Experience with Digital Transformation initiatives and an understanding of emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.

  • Ability to demonstrate Empathy and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience with Risk Management in a product development context.

Salary Range:

$118,980.00 - $195,465.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
