Keyloop is the largest global automotive technology company. We build software that powers the end-to-end retail experience for 20,000+ dealerships and 80+ OEMs across 90+ countries. Our Fusion platform connects Demand, Supply, Ownership, and Operate domains to help dealers sell more, serve better, and run smarter. As we scale our Engineering and Product teams in Vietnam, we’re looking for a Product Owner who combines strong product fundamentals with a passion for leveraging AI to accelerate discovery, delivery, and decision making.

The Role

As a Product Owner, you will own the team backlog for one product area within our Fusion platform. You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineering, UX/UI, and customers to define what we build and ensure it delivers real value. A key part of this role is using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and internal LLMs to drive efficiency across the product lifecycle. You’ll be based in Ho Chi Minh City and work hybrid, 2-3 days per week from our office, collaborating with global teams across the UK, Europe, and APAC.

Responsibilities

    1. Experience-First & Customer Voice
Collect and synthesize customer feedback via surveys, Customer Voices, workshops, and interviews.
Use AI tools like Claude to cluster themes, summarize insights, and draft persona narratives faster.
Represent the voice of the customer in engineering discussions, backed by data and AI-assisted analysis of support tickets, usage data, and feedback.
Validate requirements with end-users and present upcoming features in forums, using AI to generate clear demo scripts and FAQs.
    2. Translate Product Strategy with AI Augmentation
Own and manage the team backlog. Provide regular progress updates vs. roadmap to stakeholders
Define user personas and journey maps, using Claude to draft initial versions from research notes and refine with stakeholders. Create high-level problem scopes and write clear Epics and Stories using INVEST principles.
Leverage AI tools to improve acceptance criteria, edge case coverage, and Definition of Ready/Done.
Collaborate with Lead Developer, Architect, and UX/UI to balance cost, time, and performance. Use AI to generate options analysis, technical spike summaries, and trade-off docs.

    3. Product Planning & Delivery
Own PI and Iteration Planning for your team, aligned to short and long-term product vision.
Facilitate backlog refinement and estimation sessions.
Use AI to prep agendas, summarize past velocity, and draft risks. Track estimated vs. actual development costs at Initiative, Sub-Initiative, and Epic level.
Manage tactical release readiness: use Claude to draft release notes, user guides, and EA/BETA communications, then validate with SMEs.

    4. Product Expertise & AI-Driven Insight
Develop deep knowledge of your product’s capabilities, limitations, and integrations.
Act as the product evangelist. Use AI to create competitive teardowns, market summaries, and internal enablement content.
Analyze product analytics and user behavior data. Partner with Data teams and use AI to identify trends, anomalies, and feature adoption insights.
Support priority escalations via the 911 process. Use AI to summarize logs and customer context to speed up triage.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Decision Making
Build strong relationships with Engineering, UX/UI, Support, and Commercial teams.
Make informed decisions using data, customer insight, and AI-assisted research.
    Document rationale clearly.
    Foster an Agile mindset.
Champion responsible AI use within the team to improve cycle time without compromising quality.
