Alliance Automotive Group UK & Ireland are building Hub 360; a new single sign-on platform that will become the central hub for B2B customers and staff interaction across the group's digital assets. This role owns the product from creation through to adoption and ongoing evolution.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating Hub 360 from the ground up by defining the product vision, working with engineering to deliver the initial modules, and driving adoption across employees and B2B customers from all areas of our supply chain. Once established, you will lead the consolidation of several legacy assets into the Hub 360 ecosystem, ensuring continuity of established system benefits with a balance of modernisation objectives

This is product ownership in the fullest sense: commercial accountability, product vision, roadmap prioritisation, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, commercial stakeholders, and end users to ensure Hub 360 delivers real value and becomes the core portal for all stakeholder groups across UK & Ireland.

Reporting to the B2B Digital Portfolio Manager, this is a high-impact role in a market-leading organisation with genuine scope to shape something from scratch. Due to our growth by acquisition, Hub 360 is part of a wider digital investment programme to harmonise our fragmented IT landscape and provide an improved customer and employee experience. This role is perfect for an IT or Digital professional that wants to be actively involved in a highly bespoke application with a variety of specialist modules and features.

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the Hub 360 product vision, roadmap, and commercial success

  • Define and prioritise features based on business value, customer impact, and strategic goals

  • Evaluate existing legacy assets, identify module retention requirements and be responsible for the successful migration strategy into Hub 360

  • Make trade-off decisions balancing speed to market, technical quality, and business priorities

  • Manage the transition for existing users, minimising disruption and driving adoption of the new platform across different user segments (stores, garages, affiliates, internal teams)

  • Lead the creation of Hub 360 from the ground up, working with engineering to define technical requirements

Product Delivery and Continuous Improvement

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to business and customer requirements

  • Manage the product backlog, setting sprint priorities and making scope decisions

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Support UAT and validate deliverables against business requirements

  • Communicate progress, releases, and changes to stakeholders clearly and proactively

  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics

  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and business value

  • Ensure the platform evolves to meet changing business and customer demands

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience owning a digital product build, not just managing enhancements to existing systems

  • Strong commercial instincts - you understand business value, adoption drivers, and how to prioritise for impact

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with engineering teams, preferably within Microsoft technology stack

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories

  • Track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable outcomes

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Highly Desirable Requirements

  • Experience building customer-facing platforms or portals, particularly in B2B or e-commerce contexts

  • Familiarity with platform consolidation or legacy migration programmes

  • Understanding of UX principles and customer experience design

  • Experience with single sign-on, role-based permissions, or multi-tenant platforms

  • Exposure to CRM integrations or back-office systems

Personal Attributes

  • Commercial mindset - you focus on outcomes, not just outputs

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building something new

  • Collaborative but decisive when trade-offs need making

  • Strong bias toward simplicity and practical execution

  • Continuous improvement mindset  establishing “why” not just “how”
