Now we’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Growth team and take end-to-end ownership of backlog management and cross-functional delivery. This is a rare chance to play a key role in creating a new delivery function in our tech vertical and help shape how we scale collaboration across multiple product streams.
In this role, you'll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the Growth Team: transforming ideas into actionable plans, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring delivery is tightly connected to business goals.
Your impact:
As a Product Owner, you will:
- Own and manage the product backlog: prioritize, refine, and ensure clarity for the development team.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and Developers to align priorities and ensure value delivery.
- Analyze and leverage data and feedback to iterate on product decisions.
- Support and participate in quarterly planning and contribute to the team’s objectives and roadmap alignment.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of product discovery, user story mapping, and prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, WSJF, RICE).
- Ability to define and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analytical mindset and experience working with data to drive decisions
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments (e.g., ARTs in SAFe).
