As a Product Owner / Business Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.

Required competencies/experience :

  • You have an intermediate proficiency in French, B1 minimum
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams/squads, providing clear product/business direction and facilitating collaboration
  • Expertise in translating strategic and business needs into actionable business and system requirements for cross-functional delivery teams
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies and designing solutions to improve organizational resilience, agility, and operational readiness
  • Strong analytical skills, including analyzing operational, logistical, and technical data to support product/program development
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures
  • Hands-on experience using requirements management, backlog, or ticketing tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders—from operational staff to executive leadership—supporting the full project/product lifecycle, from concept to delivery
  • Skilled in risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and formulating strategic recommendations
  • Experience defining and developing complex features, user interfaces, charts, KPIs, and key performance indicators
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
  • Strategic thinker: able to identify trends, uncover underlying needs, and align product vision to organizational strategy, especially in domains undergoing transformation (proof of concepts, pilots, MVP, change management)
  • Facilitation skills, especially for virtual/remote alignment and engagement meetings
  • Strong data-driven mindset; adept at leveraging product and adoption metrics (acquisition, activation, NPS, UX surveys, burndown charts, etc.) to drive decision-making

Nice to have:

  • PO or BA certifications (CSPO, PSPO, PMI-PBA, CBAP, etc.)
  • Experience with UX/UI design or user research, and/or familiarity working with design and usability teams
  • Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clarify requirements with Business Unit product management and propose solutions aligned to product vision, ensuring developments match customer expectations and strategy
  • Ensure features are designed for industrialization, easy deployment, and maintainability
  • Innovate by designing and documenting new features, considering both industry and technical evolution
  • Create and share comprehensive documentation and knowledge to inform internal and external platform stakeholders; deliver high-quality specifications and solution designs, and ensure proper knowledge transfer
  • Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to identify system interactions and ensure cross-application functional compatibility
  • Validate products to ensure compliance with specifications and system integrity; provide functional sign-off
  • Support customers during initial implementation and advise on system configuration
  • Provide inputs to Product Management for the creation of business cases and responses to RFPs
  • Consistently deliver on established deadlines for assigned responsibilities and deliverables
  • Maintain timely and accurate project status reports, escalate technical issues, and communicate relevant details as required
  • Support customers in production, contribute to maintenance efforts, ensure system integrity and security, investigate incidents, analyze solutions, and provide clear communication
  • Collaborate with teammates, leveraging collective strengths and contributing personal expertise to achieve team goals
