We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Product Owner with deep expertise in Financial Consolidation and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) to join our Board Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the delivery of our Financial Consolidation platform assets under the direction of the Product Manager. You will lead a cross-functional development team, ensure high-quality and timely releases, and drive innovation across our financial consolidation capabilities.
This is a strategic opportunity to influence the roadmap of a cutting-edge CPM solution, working at the forefront of technology to support finance transformation initiatives in global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and enhance financial consolidation and CPM product offerings.
- Coordinate with development teams to manage timelines, budgets, and priorities, ensuring delivery of high-quality platform components.
- Create and manage solution documentation, ensuring consistency and alignment with customer requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Guide the implementation of Financial Consolidation and Reporting solutions strategic customers.
- Provide guidance on financial consolidation processes, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with pre-sales and sales teams to support product presentations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and proposals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Board platform and its evolving capabilities, contributing to innovation and continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CPM or EPM project implementations.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Financial Consolidation and Reporting applications.
- Deep understanding of the financial close process, including intercompany eliminations, journal adjustments, and consolidation methods.
- Proven experience creating consolidated financial statements under GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Strong data reconciliation and analysis skills, with experience in multi-dimensional data modelling.
- Familiarity with financial platforms such as Board, OneStream, Oracle HFM, SAP BPC, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
