While being part of the proposition organization you will also head up and run the initiative to consolidate our EndInvestor experiences on the web Channel. Creating a scalable, compliant and customer-centred experience that will shape how clients invest for their future.

About your role As Product Owner for the Advisor WEB and API Channel, you will take end-to-end ownership of one of our most strategically important products. You will be accountable for shaping, delivering and continuously evolving the product across build, launch and business-as-usual phases, balancing commercial opportunity, customer value, operational readiness and regulatory integrity. This is a true business ownership role with significant decision-making responsibility and shared accountability for the economic success of the proposition.

Working at the intersection of proposition, technology, operations and regulatory requirements, you will lead the cross-functional squad responsible for the Advisor Experience and set priorities across the product lifecycle. You will translate strategy into a clear roadmap, make informed trade-offs, and ensure delivery of a solution that is scalable, client-centric and operationally robust. You will work particularly closely with Distribution and Marketing to bring the proposition to life and establish it as a sustainable long-term product within the business.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support and run our web channel and API platform, incl. leadership of the associated squad

• Drive strategic development of new and existing offerings for advisers and end investors

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, and support user research and testing initiatives

• Manage product and project lifecycles - from idea through design, implementation, and launch

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

• Oversee product governance, coordinate incident resolution, and support regulatory compliance

• Monitor business KPIs and help shape roadmaps and forward-looking planning

About you

You have proven experience owning and delivering complex digital investment or digital products in a regulated financial services environment. You bring strong product leadership with clear commercial judgement and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, high-impact situations. You are confident operating across business, operations and technology, and you understand how to translate regulatory and operational requirements into a compelling, scalable customer proposition. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a track record of leading cross-functional teams through build, launch and continuous improvement. Experience in retirement, pension, platform or wealth propositions would be highly valuable.
