Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Direct the development and maintenance of the ARAS module roadmap, ensuring it supports enterprise scalability.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Digital Technology teams to ensure cohesive cross-functional outcomes.
- Requirement Management: Lead the discovery and formalization of business requirements, ensuring solutions are well-defined and validated before execution.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive experience in Business Process Analysis, PLM Product Management, or a comparable role within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience and proven implementation success with the ARAS PLM platform.
- Domain Knowledge: Functional and implementation expertise in Part Management, Product Management, Program & Portfolio Management, CAD Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, BoM Management, and ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle etc.,).
