Main responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape the product backlog based on the product vision and strategy, ensuring it addresses business needs. 

  • Develop and maintain effective release plans, setting goals in coordination with Product Managers and delivery teams, and manage dependencies across teams. 

  • Set clear priorities, craft sprint goals with the Scrum team, and support them in delivering committed value while addressing any impediments. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. 

  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that the highest value features are prioritized and delivered. 

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood, and that the product is delivered to meet customer expectations. 

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product provides a seamless and intuitive user experience. 

  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on the product to continually improve its value. 

  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to ensure effective product delivery. 

  • Ensure that all product features comply with relevant data privacy regulations, such as CPRA/CCPA and GDPR. 

  • Integrate consent management tools and ensure compliance mechanisms are active and properly configured. 

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure product compliance. 

  • Drive the product's digital marketing strategy, aligning product development with marketing goals. 

  • Report on product performance, user engagement, and other key metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership. 

  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in digital marketing and e-commerce, and integrate relevant advancements into the product strategy. 

  • Work with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to deliver a cohesive product experience. 

  • Continuously assess and improve the product development process, ensuring efficiency and quality in delivery. 

 

Key Qualifications and Experiences: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on B2B websites and digital products. 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, particularly within the B2B space. 

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements. 

  • Deep experience with CMS Platforms and developing digital experiences through them, specifically Sitecore CMS 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure Boards. 

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification preferred. 

  • In-depth understanding of data privacy laws like CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their application in digital products. 

  • Experience working with legal and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product features. 

  • Extensive experience in issue spotting and raising compliance issues in their day-to-day and be aware of the major regulatory considerations impacting their work. 

  • Familiarity with consent management platforms and "Do Not Sell" functionalities. 

  • Demonstrates strong domain knowledge and a successful track record in launching digital experiences in collaboration with business and engineering teams, including experience with wireframes, prototyping, and agile development principles. 

  • Experienced in leading virtual teams and managing end-to-end delivery of innovative digital experiences, specifically within the B2B space 

  • Understanding of translation integrations, online marketing channel integrations, and workflow and asset management. 

  • Proven capabilities in negotiation, training, and presenting; recognized as a change agent skilled in influencing and inspiring stakeholders at multiple levels within a global organization.
