Job Purpose:
The Product Owner serves as the voice of the client and the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. The primary purpose of the role is to define and prioritize product features that deliver value, align with strategic goals, and meet client needs. This role ensures that development efforts are focused on the right initiatives and that products are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Objective of the Job:
- To own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
- To collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- To drive the successful delivery of product enhancements and new features that improve user experience and support business growth.
- To continuously evaluate product performance and client feedback, using data to inform future product decisions and iterations.
