Synopsis
The Product Manager is responsible for delivering Guest 360 capabilities, with a strong focus on Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer journey analytics, and data-driven customer experience.
Acting as the bridge between business, data, and engineering teams, the Product Manager translates customer needs into actionable requirements and ensures delivery of solutions that enhance personalization, omnichannel engagement, and product adoption.
Accountabilities
- Own and prioritize backlog for Guest 360 and Customer Journey Analytics initiatives
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Drive utilization and adoption by tracking product performance, feature usage, and customer impact metrics
- Leverage customer data (CRM, behavioural, transactional) to inform product decisions and improvements
- Work closely with Product Managers to align delivery with Guest 360 strategy and roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, CX, marketing) to ensure end-to-end integration of CDP and analytics capabilities
- Support implementation and optimization of Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, FirstHive)
- Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions enhance personalization and experience across channels
Education & Experience
- 7+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within data, digital, or customer platforms
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe, Salesforce, or FirstHive
- Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, personalization, and omnichannel CX
- Proven ability to manage backlog, prioritize features, and deliver value-driven outcomes
- Experience measuring and improving product usage, adoption, and performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
