About the Team 

The Anaplan Financial Consolidation Product Management team is responsible for driving the strategy and roadmap of the Financial Consolidation and Reporting application. Anaplan's Financial Consolidation and Reporting application streamlines complex accounting processes with an intelligent solution with pre-built configurations, integrations, intuitive interfaces, drag-and-drop workflow creation, and built-in collaboration tools. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Support and Go-to-Market teams, we ensure our solutions deliver high impact and meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers. 

Your Impact 

  • Maintain and organise a comprehensive product roadmap defined by Product Management for consolidation platform features and functions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritise consolidation features 
  • Write and refine technical product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and trade-off decisions with engineering teams
  • Manage dependencies between consolidation projects and other initiatives 
  • Track initiative progress, manage technical risks, and maintain cross-team communication
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders 
  • Enable go-to-market readiness through documentation and internal training for platform capabilities

Qualifications 

  • Experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS or enterprise software environment, with some experience focused on consolidation or financial applications 
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, Agile methodologies and product management practices 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex system architectures into clear, actionable requirements for diverse stakeholders 
  • Experience with change management in enterprise environments 
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with enterprise architecture principles
  • Background in Financial systems, Consolidation applications
  • Knowledge of data migration/integration strategies and tools
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum frameworks (SAFe, CSPO, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, globally distributed teams
