Join our rapidly growing international company as a Product Owner Communications and Clienteling and take responsibility for the vision, roadmap and backlog of our customer communication developments like transactional emails, marketing automation, and clienteling messages through different communication channels. You will work closely with the development team to improve our customer service, customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be working closely with our Customer Services, Stores and E-Commerce departments. At the same time, you’ll share and align your roadmap with stakeholders and management. We have an international environment where our standard language is English. What you will do:

  • Manage your product backlog, visualize your vision and roadmap 
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for communication and clienteling initiatives that align with the brand's overall goals and customer experience objectives.
  • Evaluate existing pain points and analyze email performance to shape your roadmap 
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on email and clienteling performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Gather requirements from users and stakeholders and create user stories 
  • Improve the existing customer journeys by using data and feedback from end-users.
  • Work closely with your agile development team to release feature increments 
  • Work closely with Customer Service, Stores and E-Commerce to gather insights 
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, business needs, and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies that could impact the product.
  • Come up with ideas and innovations to achieve business goals 
  • Support the development team during daily’s and sprint reviews 

Who you are:

  • You like to take ownership and want to get the most value out of your product 
  • You can communicate your ideas clearly, build your case and have a can-do mentality 
  • You have 3+ years of experience with email development, setting up marketing automation 
  • You have experience in working with clienteling platforms and executing successful customer engagement/retention strategies.
  • You are a creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • You have experience with ESP like Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud or Selligent
  • You have 2+ years of experience with working agile scrum and with development teams 
  • Affinity with menswear
