SummaryThe Product Owner will help modernize claims capabilities across the Commercial P&C claims lifecycle, with a focus on workflow improvement, intelligent automation, operational efficiency, and scalable digital solutions. This role is not limited to core claims platform ownership; it will shape capabilities across claims intake, triage, assignment, document and data intelligence, decision support, payments, recovery, litigation, vendor workflows, and shared claims operations.
The ideal candidate brings claims domain knowledge, product ownership discipline, systems thinking, and a strong ability to translate operational pain points into practical technology solutions. Experience with claims platforms such as Guidewire Claim Center, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar is helpful, but the role is broader than core platform configuration and is intended for candidates who can drive claims innovation, workflow modernization, and cross-functional delivery.
