Job DescriptionAs Product Owner for our PXM platform, you will lead the transition from legacy article listing systems to Syndigo as our strategic PXM solution. You will drive the product vision, prioritize business value, and ensure smooth adoption through strong stakeholder and change management. Working in an agile setup, you will deliver incremental releases that introduce automation, bulk article creation, auto-classification, and AI-supported capabilities while safeguarding data quality and operational continuity. Our PXM Mission Replace legacy product management (buy side) with a scalable PXM platform that enables bulk operations, automated processes, and strong validations to improve speed, efficiency, and data quality. Key Responsibilities
We're looking for someone with a passion for making an impact, a strategic mindset, and great communication skills.
- Own and evolve the PXM product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with the decommissioning of legacy systems
- Lead the phased transition to Syndigo, including data and process migration
- Prioritize features enabling bulk creation, automated workflows, validations, and AI-driven classification
- Balance and align needs from multiple stakeholders with an enterprise-wide perspective
- Act as primary interface between business, IT, and the agile delivery team
- Drive change management by clearly communicating vision, progress, impacts, and benefits
- Lead agile ceremonies and ensure incremental value delivery
- Define and track KPIs related to speed, efficiency, automation, and data quality
We are seeking an individual with robust experience in the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role
- Strong experience working in agile environments with incremental delivery
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as PXM, MDM, ERP (Syndigo experience is a strong plus)
- Solid understanding of data quality, automation, and scalable data processes
- Exposure to AI-enabled features or data-driven automation is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Confident in driving change and guiding organizations through system and process transformations
- Proven ability in problem-solving and a hands-on approach to work.
