What you will do:
As an AI Product Owner at NN Hellas, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance the Sales Network management function, specifically focusing on the Tied Agents channel, in accordance with NN Group’s guidelines. Your role will involve leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
Your day-to-day:
- Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven solutions that support the Tied Agents channel.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and priorities, focusing on AI and machine learning initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including sales managers, data scientists, and IT teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, converting business requirements into user stories and ensuring they are well-defined and actionable.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models and algorithms into Salesforce and other systems to enhance sales processes and customer interactions.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- User Experience: Ensure that AI solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of the Tied Agents channel, providing training and support as needed.
- Change Management: Manage change effectively, ensuring smooth adoption of AI solutions by the sales network.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that AI solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and AI integration.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Familiarity with data science tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
