Job Summary:

  • As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the WLS AI Delivery team, you will ensure the stable and scalable delivery of AI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Your passion for our mission of delivering intelligent solutions that address the needs of customers and the employees who assist them will be crucial.
  • In this role, you will lead the product strategy and development of innovative AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these solutions to life and drive significant business impact. This position demands a deep understanding of AI technologies and a proven ability to execute projects successfully.
  • As an experienced and strategic AI Product Owner will lead the development and management of our AI-driven products.
  • A Senior Product Delivery Associate will require a deep passion for artificial intelligence and a strong ability to translate business needs into innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of AI products that meet user needs and achieve business objectives.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the vision and strategy for AI products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in AI technology.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Drive innovation in AI and Generative AI applications, leveraging both open-source and cloud services to create transformative solutions for our clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Champion ethical AI practices, implementing frameworks for data and concept drift detection, model interpretability (Explainable AI), and fairness in AI algorithms
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
  • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, Workflow Product Owners, and UX/UI designers to develop AI models and products. Ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize AI models and features.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. With excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI/ML product development. Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics, with a focus on supply chain and operations.
  • Familiarity with ML-Ops practices for model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Engineering background, with a background in software development, data engineering, or data science.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.
  • Solid understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning techniques for anomaly detection, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks for processing and analyzing big data
  • Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Power Platform (inc. CoPilot Studio), Jira, Confluence, MS Power Platform (inc. CoPilot Studio), Cloud Solution Architecture (AWS + Azure), Python, Prompt Engineering, Customer engagement systems, Workflow platform


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is highly desirable.
