As a Product Owner I, Advisor Experience at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the digital experience for our advisors. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that optimize advisor workflows, improve engagement, and ultimately drive business growth.
You will
Actively listen to advisor feedback, conduct research, and analyze data to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement within the advisor experience.
Translate business needs and user stories into clear, concise, and actionable requirements, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business value and strategic alignment.
Collaborate closely with agile development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of product vision and requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilize analytical acumen and data analysis skills to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for advisor-facing products, identifying trends and recommending data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
Drive business process improvements related to advisor interactions and digital tools, identifying areas for optimization and implementing change management strategies.
Participate in the digital transformation initiatives, leveraging knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to explore and implement innovative solutions that enhance the advisor experience.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for advisors and internal stakeholders on new product features and functionalities.

Salary Range:
$95,170.00 - $156,355.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
