We're looking for a Product Analyst to support tracking, monitoring, and reporting across our onboarding and login funnels. This role sits close to the data layer — you'll work directly with our database and analytics to keep funnel health visible day-to-day, and know when a number is significant enough to flag to Product rather than just log.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: not designing the analytics strategy from scratch, but owning the discipline of tracking it well and catching problems early.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role — ideally in a product or growth context
- Working familiarity with SQL / database querying (comfortable pulling and joining data, not just reading pre-built reports)
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel or a comparable product analytics tool (Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
- Understanding of funnel analysis concepts — conversion rate, drop-off, cohort basics
- Comfortable working with large spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for reporting and reconciliation
- Detail-oriented — able to catch when a number looks "off" before it reaches a dashboard
- Clear written communication — able to summarize a data finding in a way Product can act on quickly
- Bonus: prior exposure to fintech, KYC/onboarding flows, or regulated industries
- Bonus: basic understanding of authentication/security metrics (login success rate, fraud indicators)
Job Descriptions
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funnel and login metrics dashboards (registration → KYC submission, login success/security metrics, and related product funnels)
- Query the database and Mixpanel to pull, validate, and reconcile funnel data
- Maintain and update tracking dashboards and reports on a set cadence
- Spot anomalies, threshold breaches, or unusual drop-offs in funnel or login data
- Escalate significant funnel drops or metric anomalies to Product with clear, data-backed context — not just "the number moved," but what stage, what segment, and what it likely means
- Support ad hoc data pulls and basic analysis requests from Product and other stakeholders
- Keep tracking documentation (event definitions, dashboard specs, metric definitions) accurate and up to date as the funnel evolves
- Perform live app testing to gain a thorough, hands-on understanding of our app's user experience and underlying functionality
- Benchmark our product and onboarding/login flows against competitors to identify industry standards and areas for improvement
- Conduct necessary research to support funnel optimizations and data-driven product recommendations
