About Flytrex
Flytrex is building a suburban restaurant delivery network in America powered by autonomous drones.
As the only firm dedicated solely to restaurant deliveries, we are part of an elite group of just four companies - including Google/Wing, Amazon, and Zipline - with FAA clearance for residential flight. Our mission is supported by investor Uber and delivery partnerships with DoorDash.
Following several landmark FAA authorizations and thousands of successful commercial missions, we are currently driving a major U.S. expansion, starting in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Product Operations professional to join our rapidly expanding, multi-talented team in central Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the world's premier drone-delivery network.
Collaborating with the Product and Engineering heads, you will facilitate planning cycles, improve operational efficiency, and oversee the transition from software release to field implementation. You will be responsible for deployment readiness, performance tracking, and maintaining the vital feedback loops that inform future product strategy
At Flytrex, we see AI as the catalyst for a modern approach to Product Operations. Today's top operators act as leverage builders rather than mere process managers, shortening the gap between data-driven insights and tangible results to ensure scalable speed.
What You'll Own
- Planning & Alignment Run our OKR cycle end-to-end, connecting company strategy to team execution.
- Execution Velocity Own how the team plans and tracks work. Design the workflows and automations that turn strategy into faster shipped outcomes.
- Decision Intelligence Define the metrics that matter and how we use them to make decisions.
- Team Operating Rhythm Run the cadence that keeps Product, Engineering, and US Operations aligned across time zones.
- Release & Field Readiness Own the path from "merged" to "safely running in the field." Plan deployments, track versions and dependencies, coordinate rollout with US ops and build the muscle that catches issues before our operators do.
- Field-to-Product Feedback Loop Turn raw field and ops signals - from operators and live site data - into structured product signals that sharpen what we build next.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program / Project Management, or a similar role at a high-growth technology or operations-driven company.
- AI-native working style - you already use AI as part of how you think, analyze, communicate, and execute, and you’ve redesigned workflows because of it.
- Strong data instincts - you’re comfortable pulling data yourself, challenging assumptions, and using AI to accelerate analysis without outsourcing judgment.
- Experience running OKR or similar goal-setting processes across teams.
- Excellent communication - you can turn a messy 60-minute meeting into clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and within the realities of a hardware + software business.
Bonus Points Experience in drone delivery, logistics, robotics, autonomous systems, or regulated operational environments.

What We Do
In a nutshell, Flytrex is building the world's first drone based delivery service - cutting delivery costs and times by an order of magnitude in an (almost) infinite market. Flytrex Aviation Ltd was established in Israel in late 2013. In August 2017 Flytrex launched the world’s first fully operational, regulatory approved, on-demand drone delivery service in Reykjavik, Iceland, and became the leading competitor in the race to deploy a true on-demand delivery service via autonomous vehicles. The Flytrex system was approved by ICETRA (Iceland’s Civil Aviation Authority) and insured, and set precedent after being granted approval to operate BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) and above populated regions, in a first world country. Flytrex was also selected to participate in the FAA’S Drone Pilot Program, partnering with North Carolina’s Department of Transportation and taking on the challenge to establish the first drone based delivery service in the United States. While the majority of packages that require transit across cities are no heavier than 2lbs, Flytrex drones are able to carry up to 6.5lbs and travel a distance of approximately 6 aerial miles. The drones require minimal handling thus reducing manpower, and ensuring a quick delivery every single time.
