We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to provide day-to-day operational support for our Member Platform.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
Provide operational support to improve product development workflows
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to support alignment and communication
Administer internal tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring clean, efficient setup
Track and resolve issues, helping remove bottlenecks
Coordinate feedback from stakeholders to support continuous improvement
Identify and propose process enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability
Support new product and feature launches
Conduct fraud reviews, investigate flagged accounts, and maintain documentation for a robust review process
