As a Product Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Product Operations and play an integral role within the Product organization
You will be responsible for:
- Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation teams to ensure that products and processes run smoothly and have the data and tools needed for success
- Provides critical support by building systems to capture, review, and analyze usage information and other key data, which helps PMs make better-informed product decisions.
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative product data.
- Build the right tools & processes that will strengthen product communication, internal managing, and development in a high-growth organization.
- Manage the implementation and roll-out of products, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on launch tasks.
You’re the ideal candidate if you bring:
- At least 3 years experience Product Operation/ RnD Technical Program Management experience with proven experience - Must
- Problem-focused and solutions-oriented, with extreme attention to detail and not afraid of rolling up sleeves to get things done
- Have an understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle
- Experience with Jira and Confluence - Must
- Data-driven, experienced with data analysis, industry metrics, and product experimentation - Must
- 2 years experience with digital analytics and visualization tools such as Full Story, BI tools (Tableau, Looker) - Advantage
- Data-driven, experienced with data analysis, industry metrics, and product experimentation
- BSc computer science, engineering, or a related technical field - advantage
