Purpose of the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role supporting the global rollout of Keyloop’s new Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform.

The Product Operations Specialist will drive operational excellence across the rollout to all remaining markets worldwide, ensuring market readiness, catalogue integrity, stakeholder alignment, and reporting discipline.

The ideal candidate combines product operations discipline with strong programme coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-market product launches at pace.

Responsibilities

Market Rollout Coordination & Launch Readiness
    • Coordinate market-by-market rollout activities for Programme Kilimanjaro, partnering with regional Hubs, Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
    • Maintain a single view of rollout status, dependencies, risks, and milestones across all in-flight markets, escalating blockers to the Product Operations Director.
    • Build and manage market readiness checklists, ensuring each market meets defined go-live criteria before launch.
    • Run launch governance forums, capturing decisions, actions, and lessons learned to feed into subsequent market rollouts.
    • Track hypercare activities post go-live and ensure smooth handover into BAU support and account management.

    • Product Catalogue, SKU & Pricing Management
      • Manage market-specific CPQ catalogue configurations, ensuring product structures, naming conventions, and descriptions are consistent, accurate, and aligned to Keyloop standards.
      • Coordinate SKU creation, validation, and lifecycle management for each new market launch.
      • Partner with Product, Finance, and Pricing teams to ensure edition definitions, pricing rules, and renewal logic are correctly configured per market.
      • Maintain mapping files and source-of-truth catalogue documentation across markets, with clear version control.
      • Drive QA and sign-off of catalogue changes ahead of each market go-live, working with development and test teams to close defects.

      • Stakeholder Communications & Change Management
        • Produce and distribute regular programme updates tailored by audience (Product Directors, Hub leads, Sales, Operations, Finance).
        • Manage the communications cadence around each market launch – pre-launch briefings, go-live announcements, and post-launch retrospectives.
        • Support the Product Operations Director with senior leadership reporting and steering committee materials.

        • Data Quality, Reporting & Governance
          • Define and enforce data quality standards across the CPQ catalogue, Jira labelling, and programme tracking artefacts.
          • Run regular data health checks, surfacing anomalies and driving remediation with the relevant teams.
          • Contribute to programme governance forums with accurate, timely data and insights to support decision-making.
          • Document programme processes, decisions, and operating models in Confluence to create an enduring source of truth that outlasts the contract.

Skills, Know-How and Experience

    Must-Haves
    • 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Programme Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis within a software development environment.
    • Demonstrable experience supporting multi-market product rollouts or large cross-functional programmes.
    • Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking programme KPIs and operational metrics.
    • Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
