The Product Operations team is committed to driving excellence at scale. As a Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product operations strategy and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Optimize Processes: Implement and improve SaaS product management methodologies, streamline workflows, and boost team efficiency.
Drive Collaboration: Align product and field teams (Sales, GTM, Customer Success) around launches, feedback, and feature rollouts.
Promote Data-Driven Culture: Use data and KPIs to guide product decisions and strategy.
Boost Adoption: Develop programs to increase awareness, education, and usage of new features and products.

- Experience and Skills
- 3+ years of program management experience, preferably in SaaS environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Experience with implementing and leveraging AI tools in Product Management workflows – an advantage
