The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Operations Manager to lead the charge in transforming how we build, deliver, and scale our products. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the center of our product ecosystem, driving alignment across product, engineering, go-to-market, and customer teams to deliver exceptional value to our users.

As the operational backbone of our product organization, you’ll design and implement efficient workflows, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our processes scale alongside our fast-growing, tech-forward business. We're seeking a visionary leader with deep operational expertise and a strong track record of building and scaling product operations in SaaS or high-growth tech environments. Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for product operations, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and evolving market demands.

  • Lead the creation and continuous improvement of scalable, end-to-end operational frameworks to support the full product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch optimization.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of processes related to product development, testing, deployment, and release management.

  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, customer success, sales, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence and innovation.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product delivery success, operational efficiency, product performance, and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive data-informed decision-making by leveraging insights to optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and mitigate operational risks.

  • Partner closely with customer-facing teams to integrate user feedback into product planning and operational enhancements.

  • Lead the development of documentation, training programs, and operational playbooks to ensure consistency and enablement across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective execution of product initiatives.

  • Ensure operational processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling product operations and leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive operational excellence.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and building consensus.
  • Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and operational analytics platforms (™ proficiency in relevant SaaS product lifecycles, financial technology, or B2B software industries.
