We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Product Operations to optimize our product development processes and enhance team productivity. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Process Improvement:

    • Analyze and refine existing product development processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

    • Implement best practices for product management and design operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Facilitate effective communication between Product Owners, Product Designers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.

    • Act as a liaison to ensure alignment on product vision, goals, and timelines.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time completion of product initiatives.

    • Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key metrics.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and product specifications.

    • Prepare regular reports on product performance and team productivity to inform leadership decisions.

  • Feedback Loop:

    • Establish feedback mechanisms to capture input from team members and stakeholders, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Tool Optimization:

    • Assess and implement tools and software that enhance productivity and collaboration within the product team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence).

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Scrum or PMP certification strongly preferred.
