Celigo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our Product Operations team. At Celigo, Product Operations defines, manages, and enables effective and smooth product development through agile and forward-thinking best practices.

This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Product Management within a SaaS environment, who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-feel environment. The ideal candidate is someone with a product mindset, a deep understanding of what it means to be product-led, and with exceptional Jira administration skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and refinement of product development processes to enhance efficiency and ensure cross-functional alignment, using best practices for SaaS products, aligning with Celigo’s product operating model.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in product operations.
  • Ensure Jira configurations align with team needs and product management practices, and provide training as necessary.
  • Partner with Jira administrators to optimize Jira for tracking and managing product development activities and processes, including creating and maintaining workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Product teams, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional projects and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product operations processes, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Ensure that product and operational knowledge is effectively communicated and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Provide training and support to team members on product management tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational questions and issues, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed : 

  • Strong leadership skills, with proven past experiences in driving complex projects to completion.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience, as a Product Manager and Product Operations Manager, in an Enterprise SaaS product company.
  • Deep knowledge of the PDLC, SDLC, and CICD.
  • Solid hands-on experience in Jira system administration.
  • Experience working in product teams in a triad model, using Scrum or other agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for understanding how to articulate key information to a target audience.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products and web apps.
  • Experience with product analytics tools, eg Pendo or Gainsight PX, and BI tools like Domo or Thoughtspot.
  • Experience working with multiple functions in a product organization, including Engineering, Design, Documentation, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or other relevant field.
  • Integration and automation experience is a plus.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $125,000 to $145,000 for this position.  Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
