Job Overview: As a Product Operations Manager for Azara at JLL Technologies, you will be a key member of our product operations team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, designers, and customer success teams, to deliver exceptional product experiences, ensure operational efficiency, and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Implementation: Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new features and system enhancements based on defined requirements and timelines. Operational Excellence: Define and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the Azara product, ensuring seamless and scalable operations. Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support to clients, addressing their product-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain an excellent customer experience. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to validate product quality, conduct thorough testing, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the overall improvement of product stability and reliability. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to gather insights from user data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports to inform product improvements and enhancements. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and other documentation to assist both internal teams and clients in effectively understanding and utilizing the Azara product's features and functionalities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches, effective communication, and alignment on product goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field).

  • Previous experience in a product operations or product support role, preferably within a software or technology company.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational challenges.

  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate or property management software is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferred.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

135,000.00 – 165,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
