About the Role
As the Product Operations Manager at Dow Jones, you'll help optimize Risk Center Third-Party (RCTP) Product Operations. This hands-on position requires a process-driven person with a technical background, focusing on efficient bug resolution, ISO certification support, and streamlined feature releases. You bring two or more years of operations management experience in a technology environment, proficiency in B2B platforms
You Will:

Oversee bug resolution processes, managing the RCTP Product Strategy escalation inbox for issue resolution & contribute to RCTP ISO certification processes.

Provide service updates to customers.

Help deliver new RCTP features through User Acceptance Testing and customization analysis.

Oversee the tenancy upgrade programme for customized tenancies.

Monitor product performance, promptly escalating issues to Technology for remedial action.

Manage end-of-contract/offboarding processes.Participate in project planning, release management, and department procedures.
You Have:

Five + years of operations management experience in a technology environment.

Proficiency in common B2B/operational management platforms such as Excel, Azure DevOps, Salesforce.

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools.

Change implementation experience.
