As a Product Operations, you're expected to play a pivotal role in ensuring the best operational performance of our products and providing a smooth customer experience. - Lead Agency Governance: Oversee performance, managing day-to-day operational health and escalating blockers proactively
- Drive Budget and Portfolio Allocation: Own the annual budget, defining allocation logic across agencies and channels, and tracking efficiency gains over time
- Facilitate project rituals, align stakeholders across teams, and ensure analytical deliverables translate into concrete operational decisions
- Sustain Collections Infrastructure: Ensure reliability of multi-channel platforms (Portfolio Mgmt, Shuffle, 3rd Party), data flows with agencies, and Collections Lifecycle processes
- Develop and Engage the Team
