Position Overview:
Viral Nation is seeking an experienced Product Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and strategic insights to optimize our commercial operations, enhance efficiency, and support the development and delivery of our product offerings. This role will act as the bridge between strategic product goals and execution. Your responsibility will be to ensure the product team operates efficiently, aligns with cross-functional priorities, and meets delivery timelines with high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead operational efforts to generate leads that convert into paying customers; 
  • Evaluate current delivery processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Develop and recommend operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's product objectives;
  • Implement solutions to streamline product workflows, from ideation to launch, optimizing resource utilization and time-to-market;
  • Lead and oversee product-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards;
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations to monitor effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment of operational activities with product goals;
  • Advise on compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to product development and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks;
  • Leverage tools and software relevant to product management and operations, including the Google Suite and other project management applications;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in operations management or project management, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective strategies in operations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively;
  • Ability to influence and guide teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving results;
  • Exceptional time management with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Thrive under pressure and adapt to changing product priorities and market demands.
