The Product Operations Head leads the Product Operations function, ensuring products run efficiently, reliably, and at scale while supporting business growth. The role drives cross-functional coordination across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX, and partners, while overseeing customer feedback, requirements, issues, and operational blockers. It identifies bottlenecks, improves workflows and controls, and drives automation to reduce manual intervention and business disruption. The role also provides leadership with regular reporting, insights, and recommendations on product health, operational performance, incidents, and risks.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Lead Product Operations & Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap, translating business strategy into product strategy and ensuring products achieve targeted success and operational performance.
- Customer & Partner Experience: Ensure products are intuitive, reliable, and responsive to customer and partner needs, including effective handling of in-app experiences, API issues, feedback, and requirements.
- Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead coordination across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX, and partners; improve workflows, controls, monitoring, and automation while delivering projects and enhancements on time.
- Leadership, Problem-Solving & Performance Management: Build and lead high-performing teams, provide leadership with regular reporting and recommendations, proactively resolve operational and product risks, and address unforeseen issues or critical project blockers to maintain product health and business continuity.
We are looking for the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Payments, or Fintech
- 4–6+ years in people leadership
- Basic understanding of software and APIs (no coding expertise needed)
- Critical and analytical thinker
- Data-driven decision making skills
