We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and dependable Product Operations Executive to join our Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to build a career at the intersection of sports, data, and technology.

As a Product Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of our fantasy match and contest operations. Your work will directly impact the real-time user experience on our platform, making accuracy, ownership, and responsiveness key to success in this role.

Please note: This is a 24×7 rotational shift role. Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Job Location- Bangalore
 

• Own and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of fantasy matches using internal tools and structured workflows.
   

• Support the setup and monitoring of contests, including creation, scaling, and automated spawning based on real-time participation.
   

• Monitor live match and contest performance using dashboards, alerts, and database queries to ensure a seamless user experience.
   

• Proactively identify and escalate anomalies  to relevant stakeholders for immediate resolution.
   

• Conduct thorough post-match checks to validate leaderboard scores and ensure timely and accurate settlement.
   

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Customer Experience) to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency.
   

• Contribute to process optimization by suggesting opportunities for automation.
   

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
   

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
   

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to follow complex workflows precisely.
   

• Strong communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
   

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
   

• A self-starter with a high sense of accountability and a problem-solving mindset.
   

• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts — including nights, weekends, and holidays — is mandatory.
   

• A genuine interest in sports or fantasy gaming is highly desirable.
