Key Purpose:

The Product Operations Coordinator assists with the end-to-end development and execution of packaging solutions across multiple categories and product lines. This role helps support packaging alignment with brand standards, meeting sustainability and regulatory requirements, and supporting go-to-market timelines. Working cross-functionally with global teams, the role will help support strategic packaging initiatives, support managing artwork and development, support deliver packaging solutions that are innovative, cost-effective, and aligned with our brand vision.

Primary Responsibilities:

End – to – End Project Coordination

· Supports the packaging development from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all phases are executed on time and within budget.

· Helps define and manage critical paths, aligning with go-to-market timelines and coordinating across departments to meet key milestones.

· Track progress, flag risks, and implement contingency plans to mitigate delays or issues.

Creative Briefing & Artwork Development

· Supports the packaging briefing process, translating brand strategy and product requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal creative teams and external agencies.

· Is a point of contact with creative agencies and artworkers to develop packaging concepts that are visually compelling and on brand.

· Coordinate artwork creation, revisions, and approvals, ensuring consistency across SKUs and markets.

· Supports artwork systems ensuring files are correctly built, versioned, and stored.

· Partners with Raw Materials Team to maintain a packaging library with specifications, samples, and historical data for reference and reuse.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Design and PD, and Retail teams to align packaging with product specifications, consumer insights, and commercial goals.

· Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across projects.

Sustainability & Compliance

· Working with raw materials and compliance teams (both regionally and globally) ensure all packaging complies with relevant environmental, social, and regulatory standards, including certifications and corporate responsibility guidelines.

Process & Workflow Optimization

· Assist in refining internal workflows that support efficient packaging development and approvals.

· Assist with implementing systems and tools to improve visibility, tracking, and reporting across packaging projects.

· Troubleshoot asset management and workflow systems, resolving exceptions and ensuring smooth operations.

Budget & Resource Management

· Assist with packaging budgets, including artwork development and production costs.

· Prioritize resource requirements across projects, identify time-saving opportunities, and ensure project accountability.

Reporting, Documentation and Insights

· Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.

· Document packaging specifications and insights testing results.

· When required, assist with orchestrating consumer or retail insights projects with cross-functional teams and agencies related to packaging changes so any changes are informed by insight.

· Communicate developments in packaging strategy to cross functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experiences:

· 2-3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in packaging, retail, apparel or FMCG.

· Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

· Understanding of digital asset management systems and artwork set up.

· Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.

· Technical knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, sustainable packaging practices and relevant regulations.

· Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑first, high‑energy environment, with a positive, can‑do, customer‑focused attitude.
