KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
Complete Workflow Task utilizing scripts, information available in the Clients Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts or assistance from the Production Operations tea
Review and update knowledge base articles to verify accuracy
- Minimum Years of Experience - 2 years of deep experience working within electronic medical record systems
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts and/or Athena valued.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Fluent in English
