Product Network Content Editor

Role Overview

• We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to support our Training team by producing high-quality, clear, and engaging video content for e-learning programs. This role focuses on instructional effectiveness, not promotional or social-media content.

• You will work closely with trainers and subject-matter experts to transform raw footage, screen recordings, and learning materials into structured, learner-friendly videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for e-learning courses, including: Instructor-led recordingsScreen captures and software demonstrationsVoice-over–based instructional videos

• Apply pedagogically sound editing (pacing, emphasis, visual hierarchy).

• Add graphics, callouts, lower thirds, annotations, and captions to reinforce learning.

• Sync video with audio narration and ensure clean, consistent sound quality.

• Produce videos aligned with instructional design standards and brand guidelines.

• Optimize videos for LMS platforms (resolution, compression, formats).

• Organize and maintain project files and media assets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience editing training or educational videos (portfolio required).

• Strong proficiency in professional video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.Adobe After Effects (preferred)

• Solid understanding of: Audio creation with text-to-speech toolsBasic motion graphics (titles, transitions, callouts)

• Experience with screen-recording workflows (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate).

• Ability to edit for clarity and learning outcomes, not entertainment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Moodle and/or Articulate platforms.

• Practical experience working with Storyline and Rise.

• Ability to create templates or standardized video formats.

• Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
