About the role
Electrolux is building new routes to market and with the increased focus of ecommerce the launch and expansion of our own Direct to Consumer Channel (D2C) has expanded rapidly. In the North we have two brands (AEG & Electrolux) and eight D2C online shops that runs through the North D2C organization. We also have Electrolux Home that operates in two main areas: one is our "shop-in-shop" concept with 60+ locations and our franchise organization with 25+ Home stores across Sweden.
We are looking for a D2C Product & Merchandizing Specialist that will report to the D2C and Home Director North. This is a new position with the purpose to drive online sell-out through merchandizing of our online range.
This position cooperates with local marketing, online sales manager, product line and category managers in their effort to drive sales, optimize product presence online and drive profitability in the online channel. The role will also be supporting our Home and Shops to create an omni-channel experience for our customers. Key objective is to convert visitors into loyal customers by simplifying the purchase process for whitegoods, making selection of appliances easy and by doing so provide a friction free purchase journey.
Key Operational Responsibilities
- Lead and support D2C sales across the nordic markets. Identify key opportunities for improving conversion rate, average order value and accelerated sellout.
- Product activation, bundling and merchandising to enhance strong product visibility, drive sales and to create a personalized customer journey.
- Create SEM copy and support the content management to align with sales strategies
- Support the Home & Shop team to create an omni-channel experience for the customer
- User acceptance testing of new features and support internal projects
To succeed in this position, we believe you are pragmatic, flexible, and curious with a strong passion for ecommerce. You understand the digital customer journey and how we can improve and optimize the experience for our customers to convert visitors into loyal customers. You will have an important and impactful role in a small Ecommerce-team where collaboration and communication are of great importance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years ecommerce experience. Looking for strong ecommerce knowledge.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience and ability to create an internal network in the organization.
- Strong presentation skills (in group and/or 1-on-1 settings)
- Commercial skills combined with an analytical mindset would be strong assets.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, any other Nordic language would be an asset.
- Can do attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit where key is to be able to work with what you and find creative solutions to drive sales.
- Nice to have, experience of working in CMS.
