Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your skills by improving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.

Reporting to Product marketing manager and this position will be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Implements the local go-to market product marketing strategy & campaigns in the assigned Product Group (Indoor, Outdoor, Grid, Monitoring & Diagnostics Solutions) including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
Achieves product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
Focus on meeting order targets and works to improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) through ongoing initiatives.
Executes annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant business unit/product groups. Preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
Coordinates market analyses with the Sales team and defines appropriate forecasts and plans related to product marketing. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
Oversee the sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant sales enablement tools, materials and guidance to the Sales Team(s). Strive for the growth and profitability of assigned products group.
Improving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training (Both Technical and Sales) to each salesperson. Facilitating know-how sharing and cross collaboration.
Support role in Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends and patterns in large and complex data analysis.
Qualifications for the role
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 3 to 5 years in Engineering product management/sales.
Knowledge of medium voltage products such as switchgear, MV outdoor products (recloser, insulator), MV indoor products (VCB, CT/VT, VI, sensors, fuse, etc.), distribution solutions portfolio, order management, and order forecast/revenue forecast.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage customer relationships with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Proficient product-to-market sense and ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.
Fluent in written and spoken English and able to communicate both internally and externally.
Willingness to travel 30% locally.
