PetroApp is looking for a driven and strategic Product Marketing Specialist to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our fleet and mobility products. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing — translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that drive acquisition, adoption, and retention.
This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the Saudi B2B landscape, and knows how to move the needle across the full product lifecycle.
What you'll do:
- Define positioning and ICP: Develop precise Ideal Customer Profiles and craft tailored value propositions that differentiate PetroApp from local competitors across key verticals.
- Lead go-to-market execution: Own product launches end-to-end — driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, and tracking performance against defined KPIs.
- Enable the sales team: Build vertical-specific collateral including case studies for logistics and FMCG clients, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks that accelerate deal velocity.
- Drive lifecycle and retention: Map customer activation journeys, design in-app nudge strategies, and execute CRM-led campaigns to improve product stickiness and reduce churn.
- Monitor the competitive landscape: Track the Saudi fintech and fuel station market systematically to surface pricing benchmarks, whitespace opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Close the product-market fit loop: Build structured feedback mechanisms around pricing, packaging, and feature adoption to continuously sharpen our positioning.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C product marketing
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and ERP systems
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools and CRM platforms
- Strong grasp of funnel optimization, SaaS metrics, and pricing strategy
- Market research and data analysis capabilities
- Business acumen in fintech or mobility sectors is a strong plus

- Proficient in Arabic & English
