Job Description:

This is your opportunity to become a crucial, hands-on member of the Pitney Bowes SendTech Product Marketing team. We’re looking for a smart, energetic marketer to support our fast-paced team focused on sending solutions that drive efficiencies and savings to Enterprise-level clients. This position reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing.

As a Product Marketing Specialist you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operation for upstream and downstream marketing for our Outsourced Print and Mailing Services. This role also serves as the “voice of the customer” capturing and amplifying client needs and stories both internally and externally for all SendTech growth solutions. A large part of this role is becoming a trusted partner to the cross-functional team you support, ultimately being recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas you touch.
Working closely with the Director of Product Marketing, as well as dedicated product management and sales teams, you’ll help create and execute programs to attract and retain clients and grow a profitable business. You’ll also support the Director of Product Marketing in standing up industry specific GTM programs such as Higher Education.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be supporting the SendTech Product Marketing team on day to day activities as well as driving results across three key strategic areas.

Strategic Area 1: Product Focus

  • Managing marketing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of marketing materials, campaigns, and sales play launches
  • Crafting and testing messaging that sets our outsourced print and mail service offering apart from others in the general market as well as specific verticals
  • Creating content such as videos, webinars, marketing collateral, website copy and blog posts to enable sales and support our outsourced print and mail service offering
  • Uncovering ongoing opportunities to build awareness of offering and partner with cross-functional teams to execute

Strategic Area #2: Voice of the Client Focus

  • Developing standardized client references program to capture approved client logos, quotes, case studies and testimonials
  • Identifying innovative ways to leverage Voice of the Client in our marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and to inform our future strategy
  • Partnering with sales enablement team to build Client References Hub to house all approved client references and also capture opportunities flagged by sales
  • In partnership with web marketing, manage the SendTech case study webpage on PB.com

Strategic Area #3: Industry Focus

  • Acting as Higher Education SME, staying up to date on all industry news and competitive solutions sharing relevant insights and opportunities with the cross-functional team
  • Refining the end to end Higher Education story, partnering with solution specific product marketers to evolve our story as needed
  • Partnering with Higher Education sales team to understand key opportunities, challenges, and wins and enable them on an ongoing basis
  • Leveraging existing industry research to create social experiences, infographics, refresh content and web presence
  • Partnering with Events and Demand Generation to provide strategic guidance on messaging, target audiences, and relevant topics to drive leads

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 year relevant work experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred, but not required
  • Ability to translate strategy seamlessly into tactical executions
  • Solid business acumen, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, adept at managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Able to work EST business hours.

The wage range for this position is $70000 to $85000 annually, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
