Job Description

Vuori is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to support the seasonal product marketing process across product knowledge, sample management, briefing tools, and cross-functional marketing execution. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, this role will help keep product information, direction, and key seasonal deliverables organized, accurate, and aligned across the broader Marketing organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys connecting the details that bring product stories to life.

What you'll get to do:

  • Support seasonal Product Marketing initiatives by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and partnering with internal stakeholders to keep workstreams organized and on track.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge documentation by gathering, organizing, and updating accurate product information for seasonal tools, style-outs, briefs, and downstream marketing needs.
  • Capture product direction, sample timing, key decisions, and cross-functional inputs during briefing buildouts, rack reviews, and style-outs to ensure teams have clear and reliable information.
  • Create, maintain, and track seasonal Key Look tools, incorporating sample drop dates, product newness, and direction from Men’s and Women’s Merchandising and Design teams.
  • Coordinate samples across Product Development, Merchandising, Design, Creative, PR, Influencer, Social, E-commerce, and Studio needs, helping identify gaps, prioritize requests, and support timely execution for Key Looks and Partner Campaigns.
  • Assist with seasonal shot lists, photography direction, PDP imagery, e-commerce rack reviews, and on-set support to ensure product fit, styling, and intended use are represented accurately.
  • Support asset review and change management processes to help ensure product information is accurately reflected across marketing channels, studio photography platforms, line sheets, and related tools.
  • Support creative photography initiatives across catalog, laydown, macro, and design-led shoots by helping organize product details and shot list inputs.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of retail, product marketing, marketing operations, merchandising, or related experience.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and requests at once.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
