About the role
Your goal is to turn an exceptional product into market momentum. The most successful product marketers define how their category is understood: they create the positioning competitors are forced to answer, the messaging buyers repeat, and the story that wins deals. That is the mandate here.

You will own ThreatAware's positioning and messaging, and bring it to life through the content and sales enablement you produce yourself, hands-on, using the latest AI tools. Your work will be grounded in a deep understanding of our product, buyers and competitors, built working closely with Sales, Product and the wider marketing team.

You will report directly to the CMO and your scope will grow as fast as the business does.

Why ThreatAware?

ThreatAware is a fast-growing London based cybersecurity SaaS vendor. Security teams use our platform as their single source of truth for every device and tool in their organisation. Once they see what it reveals, they do not go back.

We are already profitable, and we recently raised $25M from One Peak, a leading technology investor, to drive growth across Europe and North America and to accelerate our product roadmap. The product is proven and the ambition is bigger. The marketing team that will drive this growth is being built right now.

Join early and you will help define how a breakout cybersecurity company goes to market, with all the excitement, ownership, learning and rewards that come from being there at the start.

What you'll do

  • Positioning and messaging: Define and own ThreatAware's positioning and messaging, and keep them sharp as the product and market evolve

  • Content creation: Write and produce the content that carries our story, from web copy and blogs to product narratives and launch assets, commissioning specialists where they add value

  • Sales enablement: Build and maintain the enablement library of decks, one-pagers, objection guides and battlecards, and ensure Sales uses it to win

  • Buyer insight: Own ICP definitions and buyer personas, grounded in real conversations with customers, prospects, Sales and Product

  • Competitive intelligence: Track the market and our competitors, and turn what you learn into positioning, battlecards and live deal support

  • Launches: Plan and run product and feature launches with Product and the growth team, turning releases into demand

  • GEO: Lead ThreatAware's GEO strategy, ensuring we are found and cited in AI-generated search results as buyers move beyond traditional search

  • Innovation: Pioneer the use of AI across product marketing, from research and drafting to personalisation and repurposing, constantly finding new ways to do more, faster, than teams many times our size

What we're looking for

  • Ideally, 3 to 6 years in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS or a high-growth environment

  • A strong academic background

  • A record of rapid progression. You have consistently been trusted with more scope and responsibility

  • Genuinely hands-on. You write and build the artefacts yourself, and know when to commission instead

  • An exceptional writer, fast and precise, able to turn technical capability into a story buyers repeat

  • Intellectually curious. You want to understand the product deeply, not just describe it

  • Passion for AI. You use it continuously to push the boundaries of what is possible in product marketing, and you can show us specifically how it has changed the way you work

  • Ambition, high energy and comfort with ambiguity. Roles here evolve quickly and you see that as the point

  • Curiosity about cybersecurity. No prior cyber experience is required, but you will want to learn the domain deeply

Skills Required

  • 5+ years in product marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure product marketing
  • Built sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, objection guides, talk tracks)
  • Define positioning, messaging, ICPs, buyer personas, and competitive battlecards
  • Create and commission content; strong writing and commissioning skills
  • Lead Generative Engine Optimisation / generative AI search positioning strategy
  • Ability to explain product value across audiences from CISOs to CFOs
  • Think in narratives and build messaging that works across email, stage, and boardroom
