Own and grow VAR and security partner relationships across the UK, generating partner-sourced pipeline through joint marketing, co-selling, enablement, prospecting, and close alignment with internal AEs. Report on pipeline and engagement while supporting partner enablement and channel collateral.

Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Ops to identify inefficient work, design and build AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows, train teams to spot AI opportunities, create standards and frameworks, maintain awareness of AI tools, and own a prioritized pipeline of enablement projects to drive adoption and commercial impact.

Own and scale AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability and platform reliability. Define developer workflows, drive fast and safe deployments, implement AI-assisted DevOps, and maintain cloud security posture (IAM, secrets, compliance, vulnerability scanning).

Build and maintain scalable C#/.NET backend services, optimise APIs and databases across a multi-tenant AWS infrastructure, contribute to AI features using TypeScript and LLMs, ensure security-focused, well-tested code, and participate in architecture and design reviews.

Build scalable in-product enablement and onboarding: create templates, tutorials, interactive guides, workshops, and a self-service knowledge base. Run live trainings for security audiences, measure success metrics, and feed customer insights back to Product to shape roadmap and reduce support load.

Build and run the Labs growth engine for a new AI-powered security product: acquisition (paid, organic, community), in-product and lifecycle communications, activation and conversion tracking, community building, and cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, and core marketing.

Own HubSpot and build the RevOps backbone: configure CRM, ensure data quality, create dashboards and forecasts, run pipeline and forecasting cadence, align Sales/Marketing/Finance/Product, and document scalable sales processes and playbooks.

Lead full-funnel growth for ThreatAware's core product across EMEA and North America. Own paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), ABM programs, HubSpot nurture and lifecycle campaigns, experiment across ads/landing pages/emails, partner with Sales and RevOps to hit pipeline targets, and report on spend efficiency and cost-per-lead.

Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for ThreatAware products. Develop ICPs, buyer personas, competitive battlecards, and sales enablement assets. Commission and create content, and lead Generative Engine Optimisation to drive demand and ensure marketing supports sales in closing deals.

Design and build the AI composition layer and backend systems powering AI-native cybersecurity workflows. Architect scalable APIs, data models, execution engines, and retrieval/validation systems. Prototype multi-agent and LLM-driven patterns, ensure outputs are grounded in accurate asset data, and embed security (auth, authorization, audit logging, data protection) throughout.

Design and evolve a scalable, multi-tenant backend platform in C#/.NET on AWS. Build APIs, data pipelines, and integration frameworks for 150+ security tools, power AI/LLM features, solve high-throughput event correlation challenges, and mentor engineering team members.

Build and maintain ThreatAware's marketing web presence: fast, accessible, conversion-optimised websites, landing pages, analytics (GA4, HubSpot), interactive tools, and integrations. Collaborate with Brand and Demand teams to implement data-driven A/B tests and performance-focused web experiences.

Drive the technical sales process: deliver tailored demos, lead end-to-end Proof of Value engagements, address technical objections, and document client requirements while advising on integration with existing environments.
