What will you do at Infobip?
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Infobip's Anam Protect, CPaaS Enablement and Partnership, and emerging Telco network monetization initiatives. You'll act as the strategic bridge between Product, Operator Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, and demand generation across global markets.

What will the main responsibilities be? 

  • Product GTM Ownership: Take responsibility for the GTM ownership of Anam Protect, CPaaS Enablement and Partnership, and emerging Telco network monetization and platform initiatives, alongside any other developments.
  • Marketing Communications: Successfully create and execute marketing communications across all stakeholders internal and external. 
  • Strategy Alignment: Implement and align positioning and communication strategy across the Telco base. Shaping thought leadership content, including use cases, blogs, and event collateral. 
  • Comprehensive Strategy Communication: Have a deep understanding of the whole Go-to-Market strategy and a clear rationale behind every element of it (ICP, buyer personas, positioning, messaging, USPs etc.) and proactively transfer it to all relevant stakeholders. 
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate campaign launch and creating foundational messaging and campaign assets for dedicated products and initiatives.  
  • Sales Trainings: Driving sales enablement by developing battlecards, pitch decks, product training, and customer-facing materials. 
  • Event Support: Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Operator Partnerships, Events, and Vertical Marketing teams to support customer meetings, QBRs, and analyst briefings. 
  • Apply Insights: Using market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to continuously refine strategies and fuel product growth. 
  • Opportunity Identification & Planning: Detect opportunities and/or whitespaces for process improvements and marketing opportunities, develop execution plans and ideas for extracting the most out of them. 
  • Performance Tracking: Track progress / evolution of knowledge and quality within PMM team.

  • Experience in a B2B Product Marketing or similar role. 
  • High level of written and oral communication skills in English. 
  • Experience with Stakeholder management, at all levels of an organization. 
  • Experience working with and building propositions for partners. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
