The Role

About this Opportunity:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for understanding and anticipating customers’ needs and to strategically advocate for new products and enhancements for Orion. As the Product Marketing Manager, you are at the center of the Orion organization, constantly interacting with clients, prospects, and teammates to strategically position Orion’s products for growth through marketing and content initiatives. This role requires you to partner closely with the Product, Sales and Service teams to help develop and execute strategic product marketing plans to facilitate client engagement and sales growth. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us. ​​ 

Location Status:
It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.

 

Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

In this role, you’ll to:

  • Develop and refine clear, differentiated messaging for new products and existing product enhancements across Orion’s platform

  • Translate features into customer-focused value propositions aligned to key personas and moments in the user journey

  • Support Product Owners and internal teams with talk tracks, positioning, and presentation storytelling

  • Support launch planning and execution for new capabilities, including messaging frameworks, enablement assets, and adoption campaigns

  • Partner with lifecycle and channel owners to activate messaging through in-app, email, web, social, and sales enablement

  • Help ensure launches extend beyond awareness to drive meaningful engagement and sustained adoption

  • Build and maintain a product-focused content and communications calendar

  • Write and oversee creation of high-quality marketing and enablement assets, including: in-app messaging and customer emails, blog posts, web copy, and short-form video scripts, one-pagers, FAQs, solution briefs, and presentations, product battle cards to support sales and client-facing teams, case studies and customer stories (as applicable)

  • Partner closely with the Training team to ensure educational content reinforces product messaging and supports onboarding and ongoing adoption

  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, internal insights, and market context to inform messaging and content priorities

  • Track performance of launches and adoption efforts using agreed-upon metrics

  • Use data and feedback to iterate on messaging, content, and campaign execution

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has strong writing and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset

  • Translates complex or technical concepts into clear, approachable messaging

  • Has strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Has attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to high-quality work

  • Has a proactive, execution-oriented mindset

  • Has strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Training, Sales, and Client Experience

  • Synthesizes customer feedback, usage data, and market context into actionable insights

  • Has comfort defining success metrics and optimizing campaigns based on performance

  • Has a minimum of a bachelors degree in related field (marking, communications or business)

  • Has minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, marketing communications, or a related field

  • Has proven ability to develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for B2B technology products across multiple personas

  • Has a deep understanding of the product marketing lifecycle, from market research and competitive analysis through launch, adoption, and post-launch optimization

  • Has experience supporting or leading product launches in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment

  • Has experience coordinating across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Training teams

  • Manages multiple concurrent launches without sacrificing quality or consistency

  • Has experience building competitive intelligence and battlecard programs to support Sales and Client Success

  • Has experience in B2B, fintech, or SaaS environments preferred

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$72,860.00 - $110,014.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
