In this role, you will shape how we position, launch, and grow our software solutions designed for the full forestry lifecycle—from land management to wood procurement, logistics and sawmill manufacturing.

About Us:

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. • Lead GTM execution for new products and feature releases, developing scalable launch playbooks, communication plans, and internal readiness strategies.

  • Champion the customer voice by translating industry trends, qualitative feedback, and behavioral data into refined value propositions and product opportunities.

  • Optimize user journeys in partnership with Growth and Sales teams, leveraging data to improve the transition from initial lead to active, long-term customer.

  • Create sales enablement materials—including playbooks, one-pagers, presentation decks, and competitive battlecards—to help sales teams communicate value effectively.

  • Influence pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies to increase market penetration, working closely with product leadership.

  • Measure and report on launch performance, converting outcomes into specific recommendations for future releases and ongoing marketing tactics.

  • Advise product leadership on new product investments by articulating market needs, expected returns, and the path to execution.

  • Manage win/loss analysis to identify opportunities for improving product-market fit and refining competitive strategy.

  • Educate internal teams on industry personas, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to ensure consistency across all customer-facing channels.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or industrial technology sectors.

  • Proven experience building and executing GTM strategies that are informed by data and result in measurable adoption or revenue growth.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects forward without formal authority.

  • Proficiency in technical storytelling and writing, with a focus on clarity and accuracy for a professional audience.

  • Experience in customer research and persona development, specifically within complex or traditional industries.
