Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Lead local product strategy & GTM tactical implementation plan to achieve product portfolio financial goals
- Responsible for localized product lifecycle management by aligning people, data, processes, and technology to seamlessly bring the product to market and manage the product through the different stages of its lifecycle
- Partner with Global Product Management to drive domestic business, prioritize local customer requirements and lead new product launch
- Create and distribute sales tools based on customer-centric selling to deliver revenue faster
- Host a searchable product knowledge base for different uses, this includes all types of helpful content, but not limited to, troubleshooting guides, FAQ, application note, training materials, tutorials etc.
- Provide product technical consultancy to support sales team on important projects, e.g.: key accounts, Prio 1 Products, new segments etc.
- Work with Marketing Team to ensure that tactical plan can be realized through appropriate marketing channels
- Determine product pricing roadmap by utilizing market research data, reviewing cost structure and aligning with global product strategy
- Review product forecasts by working with sales, operation, and finance, monitor product lead time, inventory levels so that the company and customer expectations are met
- Assess market competition by using marketing tool, such as PEST, porter five forces etc.
- Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and reference sites
Qualifications & Skills:
- Life Science Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Product Management
- Expert level knowledge of products within respective portfolio
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products
- Experience in marketing techniques (4P, SWOT, PEST, BCG Matrix etc.) to create product marketing strategy
- Ability to analyse sales data, pricing, channel information and then create the related action
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong understanding of current industry status and trend
- Detailed understanding of both customer process and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and Customer facing experience
- Good English speaking and writing skills
